While I understand life happens, I also need my clients to understand that when you commit to an appointment with me I am counting on your business just as you are counting on receiving a stellar service and an amazing experience. When you short notice cancel your appointment that leaves me with a void in my schedule and recovering that loss is not easy but most of the time, it’s just not possible. No shows, well…that’s just not nice. And late arrivals, if you show up late that will instantly make my start time late for my next client. It is not fair to make someone else wait because you didn’t make your appointment on time. So, unfortunately, I need to enforce this policy to uphold my bottom line, continue to serve my clients the best I possibly can and keep delivering great service to my people❤️ 𝐌𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬: I require a 48 hour notice to cancel appointments. Any appointments cancelled with less than a 48 hour notice and no shows will result in a 75% charge of your scheduled appointment total. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment start time will be considered a “no show” and charged accordingly. Any deposit paid will be credited towards the cancellation/no show fee.
